this is a toughie (i think) because i dont have much info about it but here goes. im looking for a rap-r n b song with a lyric ' touchiiiiiing me-ee ' its a heavy beat dancehall kind of song,
my sister watches some 16 birthday thing on mtv and i heard a bit on there with some girl singing it on stage. i think lil kim or someone like that sings it.
definatly a female singer. like i said next to nothing to go on but im sure someone knows what im blabbing about. thanks anyway.

um not sure if this will be of much help, but an episode of the sweet 16 birthday documentary on MTV (sorry i cannot seem to recall the name of the show) had an rnb artist on it called Ciara who was performing at a birthday party. im not entirely sure what song she may have been singing, but maybe it was her?...............................
