Not too bad for me this week.

FIVE out of seven in the adult quiz
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-57649087

. . . and THREE out of five for the junior one
https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/51318780

I anticipate howls of protest about the inclusion of so many sports questions this week but, with the Euros and Wimbledon on at the same time, I suppose that it's only to be expected. (My only complaint is that there weren't any questions about proper sport - i.e. cricket!)

So how will you do, I wonder?

Chris, brace yourself... I actually scored a staggering 0/7. I bet I couldn't do that again if I tried...
2/7 You`ve got to admit it's not news though - it's trivia.
Snap Buenchico. Five and three this week. Got some crisps ready.
5/7 Trying
2/5 Hopeless. Who is that cat at the end of the quiz?
Shady been bothered by sheep ticks this week so it's been the dettol and tweezers treatment.
Hope your trio are pestilence free
4 & 3 tonight
3/7 and 2/5, Robbie very firmly curled up on my lap as his rival black cat turned up at the back door again this morning.
3/7 and 3/5 for me this week.

Blame it on those sports questions unsettling you, LCG ;-)

Well at least you've beaten LCG, 237SJ ;-)

Welcome to the club (twice over!), Cashier! Stuff the crisps though - get the booze out!
;-)

Well done with that 5 and welcome to the clubhouse, Haras2!

I hope that you're fully on top of Shady's problem. My poor little Moonbeam is a natural flea trap but, although he's occasionally scratching a bit these days, his flea treatment is up to date and largely seems to be working. The other two haven't had any flea treatment for yonks but, unlike Moonbeam, they hardly ever seem to be bothered by fleas anyway. However that still doesn't stop them bringing the ruddy things in to bite me!
Chris for company. 5.
1/7 & 4/5 similar to last week -1
And another 5 and 3.
I got 4/7
&
2/5

Better than half marks on both, Toorak!

Award yourself a drink for consistency, Tony ;-)

Pass marks (just!), I think, Campbellking ;-)

My three are all outside at the moment, Campbellking, which is where they're usually to be found at this time of day and this time of year. Chequers and Tablo might snuggle up alongside me on my bed when I finally crawl into it in the wee small hours but Moonbeam will almost certainly stay outdoors all night (except for coming in for food).

4 and 3 this week, so so

Welcome to both clubs, Milo2!

Welcome to the Fabulous Fivers' clubhouse too, David!

You'll have to blame the 1 on those sports questions, Kwillmott, but well done with the 4 ;-)

Good evening, Susan. Reasonable scores this week, I see ;-)
I hope that all is well with you up there in haggis-land!
Question Author
If you can manage better than half marks in both quizzes, Roopower, it can't be too bad really, can it?
6/7

1/5
Question Author
Very well done with that mighty 6, Mamya! You're out in the lead!

I won't comment on your other score though ;-)
7/7 & 2/5
Meh
