Why and how do spots appear?

I have great skin (for my age..lol) not a blemish in sight...........
I have woken up this morning to find a plooky...right on the tip of me nose...wasn't there when I went to bed, I think plooky elves must come round when your'e asleep...

I think pores get clogged bobbi and then a plooky appears. Failing that, then of course it's definitely the plooky elves. Try not to touch it or squeeze it - just makes it worse. Unless you can't resist it. If a yellow centre arrives you could sterilize a needle and pop it but you need nerve to do this.

It will be Red Nose Day soon. Haven't you got an old one from last year that you could use as a disguise?

Any way of disguising it? Powder - cream - anything?

Never heard of spots being called that before Bobbs. Actually, I quite like it so next time I have a break out I'm going to call them plookies instead of zits :o)

anyone remember Pete & Dud and the Spotty Muldoone sketch and song ?
Commiserations Bobbi, in my younger days I had what I thought was a spot on my nose and I could not cover it, make up just rolled off, turned out to be a baby cyst and and I had to have it removed,NHS didnt want to know, had it done privately.
