Richard Allinson -v- Chris Evans

I've really enjoyed listening to Richard as opposed to the ginger idiot Chris Evans. I have always liked Richard and he eases me into the mornings. They should let him do the show permanently. What do others think?

Definitely, I'd hoped he would have been given the job when Terry first announced his retirement. Chris Evans is just too boisterous that time of the day.

I used to like Chris Evans on Radio 1 a number of years ago but he's too loud and manic for Radio 2. I switched to Radio 1 recently and have found Chris Moyles to be more relaxed than Evans ..and that's saying something!!

Definitely Richard Allinson. His style is sooo much better. Chris Evans was ok at Drive time but not for the breakfast show. I have feeling that Evans won't be around for long at the early show.

I do like Chris Evans, but he just doesn't have a nice smooth voice that is easy to listen to in the mornings. Richard has a nice soothing voice and have enjoyed waking up with him?! Chris Evans should have kept to his evening show.

I was a huge Terry fan and there is no-one like him but I do like Chris Evans. I gave him a week to win me over and he did. The show isn't perfect but I like Lynn, Johnny and Moira is great when she giggles! The music suits me too.
