2002 renault megane radio problem

The radio and clock are no longer working, I have checked internal fuses all are ok and I have testd the car's iso connector. There is a switchabe live (off the ignition) but no constant live. The manual refers to the "Coupe Conso" consumer for radio and clock. The manual gives no more information than that. Does anyone know if this could be the problem and if so where is it located,
