Can anyone tell me what the piece of music is called that is played on Radio Five Live on Saturday afternoons at around 5pm to introduce the football final scores?

It's a piece of music called Out of the Blue by a military band who's name escapes me at the moment. It is available on a couple of sporting theme CD's.
