Hi

I keep getting advised by Planet Rock and Absolute 80s radio stations that I need to do a COMPLETE retune of my digital radio to continue listening. The radio in my 2011 Ford Focus is the one I use most but the manual is very sketchy when it comes to radio settings, and I can't find out how to do it!

Any advice most welcome. Will also post in the Motoring section.
