I agree with you FoxLee. I also think it verges on bullying by the public. She is going to get a lot of stick when she comes out. I feel sorry for her kids. One of them was on This Morning the other day and she was quite upset about what is happening to her mother.

Most of these fading celebs go on the programme to boost their careers.

GM might be putting the mockers on her career.

She makes programmes where she tells people with bad eating habits ...

... overcome your psychological barriers

... exercise self control

... re-educate your instincts

... etc.

Well, she has shown that she can't do it, so she can hardly go on telly and continue telling other people to do it.

i think she's totally faking needs the cash and is sticking it out as she know she'll be most likely to get voted off first. don;t think she counted on being up for every trial so now she's just point blank refusing to do them or pretending to faint!

That's Gillians own problem really. Why would you agree to be part of a show that you claim to have no clue about? Let's not forget Gillians slighted shaded past either, I'm sure that was equally as embarrasing for her children so she obviously doesn't care.

She should surely get penalised for adding her 'secret ingredient' to the meal she cooked last night. I assume it was seasoning of some kind that she was sneaking out of her rucksack. Lets hope she gets a nasty penaly!! She shouldnt be in there - there is absolutely no point in her being there.

What a dozy woman!

I felt cheated last night when the public voted for her to do the trial and then she pulled out yet another fake faint and LC took over. She was the designated trial do-er and therefore it should have been forfeit. The fact that it was a live trial was a cop out by the programme. The trials are the way the camp mates earn the extra food and if the one voted by the public to do the trial does not do it, then the extra food should be forfeit, whatever the circumstances. If the other campmates do not get the extra food, then they are at liberty to have a go at the failed trial taker. Surely the point of this programme is to see what happens to a group when circumstances are not always in their favour.

This just proves that ITV make up the rules as they go on and imho this has had a detrimental affect on the whole programme.

Gillian McKeith has lost any credibility she had left.

I hope this pay packet was planned as her retitement fund because i can't see her having any future coaching others with 'challenges'.

Pathetic and tiresome. But probably done wonders for the viewing figures.

I think they should have disquilified Gillian McKeith by now for refusing to do the challenges. And got rid of her. Her fainting is getting boring and who cares anyway.? I am glad she isnt in my family.! There is no way she would have agreeded to go into the show if she didnt know what it was about. Her agent would have told her before she signed for it. She is nothing but a silly stupid fake. Get rid I say.!!

from personal experience of blacking out/fainting aboard when I was on holiday once, I had a really bad ear infection which my doctor said was fine, and ok to go on holiday...but it was on a 'ferry' to Spain in choppy seas, and you know what that does to you inner ear= huge infection spread, complete inside of ears swollen so ear canal size of pin hole. Pain like a sledge hammer. Went to A&E in Spain where they gave me huge dose of pain killer to buttock which gave me nausea so they pushed a big bin in front of me which was filled with dirty rotten bandages covered in blood due to all of the above===faint lol

I woke about a minute later when I came round I kind of knew what has happened because I could feel myself falling just before it happened but I couldn't move after i was out cold, you don't faint and instantly move.
