Tuning ITV on Guide Plus

I have a Sony Bravia TV. I cannot get all programmes on Guide Plus.
The Guide Plus Grid displays details of all the programmes but when I click on ITV I get the message"Selected programme is not tuned".
I have been into the "Setup" and the reinstallation sequence, then left it overnight but still no change.
Any advice gratefully received.

Are you talking about Freeview EPG or Sky EPG here ?
