Has this man got financial problems? Because ever since 'Meet the Parents', he seems to be accepting film offers left right and centre.

Given his long and illustrious career, I am imagine finances are not a problem - I think he just enjoys making films.

he may well enjoy making stinkers like The Score, Analyze That, Meet the Fockers, etc...but it's a shame that we don't enjoy watching them.
I quite liked Meet The Fockers.  He wasn't great in it, but it was a laugh in places.
what the hell was wrong with the score i thought that was kick ass

it might seem like he's accepting film offers all over the place but for most of his career he's consistently made around 2 or 3 films a year.  (Granted, he did 3 motion pictures and 1 cartoon in 2004).

If you're suggesting he'll appear in anything no matter how lame don't forget his earlier repertoire includes The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle, Heat, Frankenstein, Mad Dog and Glory, Cape Fear, Backdraft, We're No Angels, and The Untouchables...

Don't get me wrong - I think he's an excellent actor (even in all the films I've listed - even Rocky & Bullwinkle) and many people will probably have enjoyed the same films I think are a load of pants, but being a good actor doesn't mean the film's gonna be any good.

The Fokkers was very funny.  It is a very long time since I went to the cinema and most of the audience laughed continuously. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I would like to see it again.
ARE YOU TALKING TO ME???????

What's wrong with the Score? Great movie!!!!!

Think of Christopher Walken...very stereotyped as 'evil weird guy'. De Niro did well to avoid the stereotype of 'americanitalian gun totting criminal'. Also, I think the italians had an issue with him getting some award, because they thought he fuelled this stereotype!!! And he failed to turn up at the award "due to a break down in the...communications".

ARE YOU TALKING TO ME?????

ps. maybe the best actor that ever was in our lifetime...
