My comment that their sound is pretty unique is spot-on if you compare it to anything in the last 20 years or so - it may be derivative of one of the greatest recording artists of all time, but that's fine by me as Stevie Wonder is one of my musical heroes.

Im the same Flip Flop, huge Stevie Wonder fan and also Jamiroquai and yes you are right it was a new unique sound of quite a few blends of musical genres.
