Does anyone know what sort of timescale HMV uses in their shops for reducing the price of DVDs e.g. Iron Man 2 was released today so how long before that will be sold as part of "2 for £10" offer?

I don't think there's a fixed timescale, as long as the DVD sells well at Top Price then they will keep it at this level until demand drops. They will then reduce accordingly.
