I saw a bit of the beginning with the husband talking about the project and the last 15 minutes with just the wife talking, what happened to him as she said he died?

he died before they started to build, then she decided to build a few years later. but the house she was building was a bit smaller.

How sad i didn't see that, she was very brave to go ahead with the building project on her own, albeit a smaller building.

It was very sad, amazing house though. She was lucky to have been able to carry on and afford it, I bet her husband is smiling down at her!
