I`ve had a very bad week with my sciatica pain, but getting much better due to some strong painkillers. Off into Poole in the morning, first time outside the door for a week, and sit in the car on the quay and watch the boats come and go.

That was enjoyable worth watching its not often the OH sits and watches that sort of programme so it must have been.

Very good,it's lovely to be able to watch something decent for once,I recently bought the complete set of ''When The Boat Comes In'' from Amazon uk & enjoyed every minute of it, I also watched a DVD about a Liverpudlian family entitled ''Lillies'',wonderful stuff.

I really enjoyed it seeing our local Museum being used in the shots was good too
