HarrysLime answered this earlier: The Openplan theme music is taken from the film "Chocolat" and is called "Passage of Time - Instrumental", composed by Rachel Portman and is available on the Chocolat Soundtrack CD (Sony Classical) SK89472 - �13.99 on Amazon.
