I am so annoyed at the BBC trailing Over The Rainbow at the climax of Doctor Who tonight. It obviously has no respect for it's programmes or it's audience.Does anyone agree?

That annoyed me too! Grrr.

I have complained to the BBC about it.
Good, how can I complain too? The more that do the less it will happen hopefully...
Yes, fully agree. To digress, the other issue I have is the sound track: I have continuous difficulty in following the dialogue due to the constant 'music' which should, for the most part, be in the backgound. It seems to rival the volume of the actors' voices.......or is it just me? I've fiddled with the TV's audio settings to no effect and do not have problems with any other programme.
VERY annoying, even more so as it's for rubbish! How does one lodge a complaint? Are the viewing figures for that show so bad that they need to spoil other programs to drum up support?

On the plus side, at least the "next week on..." was after the credits so those of us that don't have to be told what is happening before we see it could watch/listen to the credits.

The music on the show is a little OTT, but I don't have a problem with hearing the dialogue. Some TVs/sound systems allow the user to emphasize the vocals, but it sounds as if you've tried that...

You can complain at the BBC homepage. If you scroll down to the bottom there is a header for complaints.
Seriously? It's upset you guys that much? It flashed up for all of 30 seconds across the bottom. It was nothing!

I can think of more things to get upset about to be honest.

It's endemic of the way broadcasters treat their audience and their programmes with no respect.
