About a month ago, I purchased the complete season 4 of 'Supernatural' on DVD from Play.com and have only just got round to watching them.
The DVDs themselves are fine, but the episode descriptions on the bag of the DVD cases don't match the episodes on the individual discs, which is very confuding. Also, the description on the back of the box says that there should be several Special Features, including a Gag Reel, but I can't find these anywhere.
Can anyone help please? I have tried to contact Play.com, but I have kept on the phone for ages 'in a queue,. Do they have an EMail address you can contact with queries?
