ITV London High Definition reception in Scotland

I have recently purchased an LG 47" TV which has Freesat Receiving capabilty. It picks up BBC HD channel well thru the sky dish which I have, but the ITV HD channel is showing no signal. Can anyone else ...'living in Fife Scotland 'receive ITV London HD channel via their Sky dish...Do I have to move my dish a smidgion to receive this without upsetting my sky channels?
