Reasons for reporting Questions/Answers

One of the reasons is "Pure stupidity: The User has committed an act of Consistent, Grand or Pure Stupidity." In addition to wondering what the difference is between Grand and Pure Stupidity, where in the Site Rules or Terms of Use does it mention folk must not be stupid?

it's in the secret annex. As with newspapers, magazines etc editors always reserve a right under common law to remove rubbish for any reason that takes their fancy. It makes up for the low pay and stale biscuits in the canteen.
If being stupid was the criteria TCL most folk would have an auto ban the minute they set finger to keyboard.
I have encountered (and probably committed) gross stupidity tonight, but it wasn't grand nor pure, and so i let it go.
Oh PS The Corbyloon may well be about as most IDs have mysteriously made a mockery of the word 'permanent'

Corby is fine by the way, the council is well on the way to completing re-development of the town-centre and folk are using the new swimming pool (not me but, the straitjacket gets waterlogged and the buckles start to rust)

My Grandson in Law is Scots TCL.
