Second accuracy

This is perhaps not the best place to post the following curiosity question: Is there really nowhere on Freeview that one can get a clock ticking away accurately to the second ? On analogue Teletext one can still get this but not for much longer - of course, this may be connected to the way Freeview lags behind analogue which is presumably accurate. Does anyone know the story ? Correctly etting a watch by the TV is a very handy facility to have.
