Green screen on i-tunes.

Why, when I try to preview a video or watch a purchased video on i-tunes, just I just get a Green screen? Perfect sound but no pic. Any ideas anyone???

Sounds like it could be a Codec problem. Do you have Quick Time installed? If so, it could be worth downloading QT again from the Apple website. Failing that it could be an iTunes re-install
