Can anyone suggest a TV publication that lists ALL film channels including freesat, I am at the moment buying Radio Times which lists films on terrestrial & sky,but there are quite a few film channels not listed.

Try "TV and Satellite Weekly".

I know not suitable for some, but I use an online guide, you can either select what service you use (sky, freeview etc) or customise your own channels
