jade goody - miracle recovery...

i just overheard some people on the train claiming that jade goodys cancer story is a con and she will make a miraculous recovery...
there had been some story in the paper about a healer an jade...

one was shocked but supportive and hoped it was true because she likes jade - the other said she would want her 'head kicked in', because its 'dead sly on her fans'...

so i just wondered what others thought...is this a general consensus...?
do people think its fake?

and if she did suddenly recover - how would the public react...?
relief or anger? would they believe her?

i personally dont care much about jade - obviously dont want her to be ill...but im neutral - not a fan or an attacker...

I must admit, that despite my sympathy for the poor girl's plight this had occured to me as well. If it's the case then i really hope she does get better, but i've a feeling she'll get lynched if she does.

just for the record - i dont think its fake - i dont think even she would stoop that low...and as you say, nor is she clever enough to keep it up...shed surely let slip by now it this was a con...

Hi joko, I have to be honest, I read an atricle yesterday where she was talking about this healer and how she feels a million times better and I thought, Oh here we go, she'll be fully recovered by next week. I hope its not a con, and if it is, I'm surprised she thought she could get away with it. Its an odd one. I have never liked her but since all this I have nothing but admiration for her, which is why if it is a con, its a big kick in the teeth.

The hospital specialists who are treating Jade Goody (Tweed), are not likely to be a party to anything so stupid. The hospital progress reports are just that. They have given a prognosis of expected survival time. So one would presume that the hospital knows the truth of the matter.

Oh my goodness, that would be just evil if it was a con, no person in their right mind could suggest to Jade to milk this just to make more money, but who knows these days? I have been following all the stories and I read that there is some truth in that she is getting better we will just have to wait and see, this is very interesting though.

That said, I have to admit, there was a time when this all started when I thought she was crying wolf, so I can understand why some might still think it.

By crying wolf, I mean she was ill, but playing on it to some extent.

How could someone fake something like that without bribing all the specialists,nurses and other medical personnel involved? They would all-out of necessity-have to be 'in' on it. It is just not feasible.

I defo do not think that its all fake, that would be too low to stoop and she would never get back from that. My sympathys are for her and her family. (sorry for my kicking head in reference above :(
