I wont lecture, other than to say, thats the risk with buying such products from ebay- anything can be in them.
To answer your question, i would be extremely cautious about using anything on it, as you need to be very careful about infection as your skin is broken, which means you are highly susceptible. It may look horrible, but please dont be tempted to try and cover it with any make up.
My serious advice, unless you want to run the risk of permanent scarring, is get an appoinment with your GP as soon as possible, as it may require antibiotics to treat any infection already present- which there may be if it is weeping. Your GP can also advise you on use of creams and lotions. If you are desperate in the mean time before your appoinment, you could try a litte savlon or germoline cream, but try it on a small area first to check for reaction.
