Strange night as got very emotional for some people, strange what comes out after a few drinkies!

Strange how I was fine making sure everyone else got home ok then it hit me, ooops hehe :)

Nothing scandalous, more sad really.

One of my colleagues hates Christmas for many reasons including having lost both sisters and her mother round then and she just cried so much tonight bless her, think it was a "good" thing though, as she's never let it out properly before.

Had another good chat with another colleague who has a sister with an eating disorder and was trying to give her some advice as to what it's like, that kind of thing having been there, so hard though.

A very emotional night.

Tonight is the worst night of the year to have an accident at home. With Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, then the weekend, nobody will miss you for 5 days !!!!!

I've got a pint of cordial for blood sugar and hydration and a small bar of Dairy Milk. Window open too as I'm a fresh air freak.

Not allowed ibuprofen but have paracetamol for the morning if I need it :)

Need to be up and about early tomorrow so getting myself sorted :O)

thankfully i have a ground floor flat so am safe from stairs :)
