Can't trace the video clip

I saw a video clip a couple of weeks ago - not sure if it was on you tube or bore me - where a guy was being chased by the police and as he tried to climb over a fence his pants fell/were pulled down and he had soiled hinself. It was so funny, but I can't find it again. Does anyone know where it is?
