Technically speaking... Ethel and catcuddler are right about Jim Bowen, but it's never been proved that he did indeed mutter that phrase completely (he may have used some or all of those words on Bullseye but not as a catchphrase - the jury is still out on that one).

Paul Daniels' as I remember it was "You'll like this - not a lot, but you'll like it."
"Can you eat it" might be Lady Isobel Barnett on "What's my line". There's a crude punch line that follows her being told "Yes, you can eat it" but decency forfends.
seem to remember somebody in "the fall and rise of reginald perin" used to say smashing lovely super.
