Does anybody know what the tune is in the background during the advert for ITV's World's Greatest Cities??

I think this music has been used in Top Gear in the past.

Tune was also used when Clarkson from Top Gear drove the new Rolls Royce across the Humber bridge. Fabulous!!!

I've been hunting for this tune since it was also on a charity advert before Top gear and the ITV World's Greatest Cities advert. Thanks to a trawl around the commercial breaks & beats forums i finally found it.
