good for you kitti, i have always been there for my oldest, but maybe when they grow older you will realise you do favour one,i suspect your children are only young, have i got it wrong i will have to look again!!!
my eldest is 15 and youngest 13
as i said he has caused his fair share of problems
younger son is in all the time and i suppose i would say i get on better with him but i still could,nt say he was my favourite

kitti what do you mean by problems??, my eldest didnt bring police to my door, was polite, did not cause any issues, in fact i made a joke about his approach to being a teenager, he is now a business consultant with a degree but still there is a barrier!!!
yes, you'd have to have more than one child to choose between
Question Author
roaldo thougt the question meant more than one child!!!
I used to be like puddicate - my youngest and I 'clicked', whereas me and my eldest just used to rub each other up the wrong way.

As they've grown older, though, the difference had diminished and now they are both absolutely equal- although very different - in my eyes.

do you mean by a barrier that you don't get on?
and you're lucky you have never had the police at your door because it is a terrible thing luckily it has only been once but that still does'nt stop me worrying every time he is out

it means kitty listen to a story,in fact i could go back to when my youngest was eleven,he lost his hair to alopecia when he was 14, then my world consisted of school, panels, police, laterlly, courts, assault, gbh, you havent a scoobie what i have gone through, judgemental childrens panel, who the hell gives them a right to pontificate, when they have such perfect children, no one on that panel have had any problems with there children, and believe it or not i talked to some of the parents that were sitting in the coridor waiting for there call, and they were teachers and such!!!

thanks sleepy i know what you are saying, i am so proud of my eldest, he has had to go through a difficult divorce, when his dad and i split, and ther have been other issues, but he has excelled, he is now living in northern ireland working for a top company,i think its generic, i am the same with my mum, she isnt very tactile and never has been, maybe i have passed that on to my son!!!!
yeah i have had a lot of problems with my youngest son ..he has adhd ..but my oldest has never been no trouble at all ..both been brought up the same ..
It keeps the children on their toes ...

... knowing that they are being ranked on a parental league table.
