a friend of mine has just revealed to me that she's been paying off a bill of �800 for the last year, for premium rate calls made in the middle of one night which she didn't make. She lives with her eldery mother in law who doesn't use the phone. I've seen some posts on here from people who had this problem in 2006 and wonder if there were any resolutions?
