Is it true that the psuedo swear words used were innvented by John Sullivan? eg Plonker, Twonk etc

Not really, A Dictionary of Slang and Unconventional English in 1949 recorded the term 'plonker' as "low" slang for penis, "since ca. 1917". The term remains in recent use with that meaning.

Twonk (a cross between a twit, a tw@t and a plonker) seems to have emerged in the 80's, so possibly.

And another Del Boy word, cushty, is an old colonial saying - a posting to Custibar in India was considered easy.
also luvly jubly is another del boy word and all them french words he uses in the wrong context lol
