Has anyone transferred their T-Mobile 'Personal Call' price plan recently? T-Mobile tell me they have changed the rules and I can no longer transfer this plan to anyone else. I have had it since 1994 and friends told me that the price plan is a transferable 'chose in action'. Can T-Mobile change their rules unilaterally however?
