Corned Beef hash

What do I have with this?
Mrs 4GS want's it for dinner tonight, I've got the tatties, onions and a great big tin of corned dog but I don't know veggies to have as well,
Any ideas?

A simple green salad with vinaigrette dressing will be perfect. The main dish is a meal in itself already!

i am a lancashire lass and there is NO way we would have salad with our tater 'ash!
We make the hash with onions, carrots, corned beef and spuds.
Then serve with any kind of peas, pickled beetroot, onions and red cabbage.
LOTS of crusty bread to mop up the juice! sluuuurp x

A friend from Bolton intrduced me to beetroot with it-yummy!...we always had salad alongside. I would find it hard going having potatoes with it-they are in there already! In the US it is served with a fried egg on top.

What about lasagne, quiche, sheppherd's pie...Does noone have salad with it?? It's already full of potatoes / pasta...

Hi John,
My favourite is Mashed Spuds, done with butter, milk, one egg, chopped onions, Corned Beef, all mixed in, baked Beans on the side. and sometimes a dab of brown sauce.

Now i'm hungry.
