Anyone watch this on channel 4 tonight? Any thoughts? I was absolutely glued to it, but not sure if I understood it. x

I think basically the story was that she was trying to be mad to get the benefits to fight her case, but the institution did really turn her mad in the end. Couldn't work out whether the other one was truly mad or not, but excellent performances from both actresses, especially Naomie Harris.

Thanks Wotsits- that much I gathered, but why was Poppy there in the 1st place? Were we supposed to believe she really was a "plant"?

Not that I know of TT, but I'll let you know if I find out. I've ordered the novel from the library so I might get to the bottom of what it was getting at x
