I can never get past the fact that DHP is so camp, and I could never ever believe Niles being interested in any women, including Daphne.

He has lusted after her for so long, he is a
perfectionist at least he will be able to look after himself and I think he will treat Daphne well

On the plus side, at least she'll get to go to plenty of musical theatre. However, they'd probably both hog the bathroom and any space for toiletries in the medicine cabinets. Why get such an obviously gay actor to play a straight man - doesn't work for me.
