Male Black British rapper - Name Unknown (Angel Song)?

I saw a music video on one of the Sky channels and heard this really nice song, but for some reason the artist's name & song title did not appear. Typical!!!

All I can remember of the song was that it was quite a mellow tune and he was singing about or of an angel and in the chorus it sounds like a high pitched voice like u hear in some of the dance songs like 'your as cold as ice'.

Hope I'm making sense - please help!

Shaggy is neither a rapper or British THAIBUS.If you are going by the fact he sang a song called Angel then equally it could have been a number of other people as that title gets used a lot.
