Have any fans of Doctor Who or Torchwood been watching The Sarah Jane Smith Adventures on BBC1 on Mondays at 5pm. If so what do you think of it ? I think it is excellent and well worth watching for adults as well as children . it's well written the acting is good as are the effects. I love it and I hope they make another series.:-D

Yes, I love it too, wish children's drama was as good in my day ( 1970s). The child actors are very good.
The viewing figures are the higest BBC1 children's programmes have had for a long time ( 1 million viewers ), so I think there are a lot of Who fans watching.

Thanks for replying tonymclark.
Wow! 1 Million viewers that is good for Childrens tv . If more programmes were produced to this quality it would get families watching together. I'm glad that I am not the only adult watching. By the way doesn't Sarah Jane Still look great?:-D
My husband and I love this show even if it is aimed at children! It would be great if they could have a guest appearance by the Doctor or Captain Jack. Looking forward to tonight's show already.
What's happened to K-9? A brief appearance on the first show and that's been it!

PS Elisabeth Sladen's still got it ;-)

Yes it would be nice for The Doctor or Captain Jack to appear.
I think they thought K9 would not fit in. but he will always be remembered by the fans.
