childrens BBC programme during the 90's?

does anyone remember a television programme which was on BBC1 during the 90's? in it theres a boy who has 4 uncles who each have powers or something. one controls all the factories another controls the weather or something. not sure but can vaguely remember it.

no, it was on BBC1 in the 90's and it was brittish. the 1st tomorrow people was in the 70's and the remake wasn't brittish.
