On this particular programme I think they were looking for the best dish in the world. If memory serves there were 3 top chefs with there own dishes. One was our own John Burton Race, a woman from the orient and another chef. The woman did a dish that had spring onions, shitaki mushrooms, some other mushrooms, some fish??? and other bits and bobs. What is the programme and what is the recipe, sorry for the vagueness. TIA

You're probably thinking about 'Britain's Best Dish' on ITV.

By the way, you should have written 'their own dishes' not 'there own dishes'.

sky one had a greatest dish in the world presented by naomi cleaver and two other food critics, burton race was a finalist along with kylie kwong, an australian chineese chef - maybe you could search her if this rings a bell!
