Piano Music in Hells Kitchen

Does anyone know the music that was used in Hells Kitchen this year, they played is throughout the series (the one with Marco Pierre White) and usually played it when looking back over the contestants best/worst bits. I thinks it's a recent(ish) song, sounds like maybe coldplay But I don't know.
