Does anyone know the name of the music used in the BBC rally reports theme tune during the late 80's early 90's, for the Lombard RAC rally?

it's a confusing one, the tune is by a german techno band called propaganda. the track is either jewel or duel. confusing as they are both tracks on the same album

The bit for the theme was the intro and an instrumental bit halfway through with a music edit to make the track last longer .

It was actually quite a decent song as well, I thought it sounded like Swing Out Sister at the time.

The song was a mix of Duel and Jewel called Jewelled from the 1985 album Wishful Thinking.
