It sounds like Joe Strummer singing, and The Clash "Rudy Can't Fail" is listed in the credits immediately after the two versions of "Live and Let Die" which are the songs prior to the graveyard scene. Hope this helps.

Its defo not 'rudy can't fail'. I think it is Joe Strummer though. He did the soundtrack for the film so it may have been done especially.
