Can you be called up to be on the jury if you have not voted ?

What about if you have never even registered to vote, can you still be called?

You have to be on the electoral roll, whether you have voted or not. The roll is where jurors are selected from.

what about if you have a criminal record, but for a driving offence, nothing too serious.
