I know it`s going back a L O N G way, but can anyone remember the full quotation which begins "In Goole it will be cool." and ends with "In Lissing Down it will be raining very heavily."
Unfortunately, when I tried googling it, it gave me thousands of possible references, but with google, not Goole!!!!!
I just googled The Two Ronnies weather report - there were a lot of different headings,,tried two or three and hey presto, got what you were looking for.
I remember it as: "And now for the weather, the sun'll be killing'em in Gillingham, choking in Woking, dry in Rye, cool in Goole and if you live in Lissing Down, you'd better take an umbrella."
