errrmmm, i dunno really. I quite like Marti though i'm not too hung up on Hannah's 'gravelley rock voice'....not!! (seriously - one of the judges said this to her!!!)
Mind, i can't abide Beverley Knight either - all that frenetic moving about on the spot makes me wanna grab hold of her and keep her still for a second!

i think beverly & brendan deserved to win, plus he had the better voice over hannah waterman.
i reckon it was a fix!

Yeah, i agree with you missjef - although it was a close one as both pairings had their faults for me. If it was about which non-singing celeb had the better voice then it should've been Brendan.

they won because Marti still has a massive fan base, myslef included. His voice is gorgeous and i think thats what won it for them, not hannnah cause brendon was better than her!

I think it is wrong for people to vote in a competition of this nature because they are fans of the 'singer', in this way i feel that shows like Soapstar Superstar are somewhat better because you vote for the person with the best talent, not because you are a fan of the professional singer.

In my opinion i thought John Boardman should have won purely for his performance of Nelly Furtado's Maneater - he may not have been the best singer of the show but by god did he give a great performance!!!!

I agree With both unrulie julie and missjef. the viewers are voting for the singer not the celebrity. Marti has a great voice. I said this When Russell Watson won last year. I Think John and Jocelyn Should have won purly for performance value.:-D
