same as you goodsoulette..............i havent seen it in ages but caught it tonight and was glued to the tv, it was very very good!!!
I posted on Tv about Casualty, how terrific it's been over the two episodes. I've watched it from the beginning and sometimes feel that I just watch out of habit and maybe it's reached its sell by date. When they do a 'disaster' episode, someone trapped in a tunnel, or underwater, they are usually noisy and confusing and the lighting is dim and murky and you can't see what's going on and the tension they're trying to create, just doesn't happen. But they've excelled themselves with the format and storylines this weekend. [
Missed the end - did Josh survive?
I'd stopped watching it some time ago but started again recently and the old dog does seem to have a new lease of life about it these days. That said, it's not normally quite so frenetic and 24-like as the Christmas special, which hardly gave you time to breathe. To answer di1411...

*** SPOILER ALERT ***

Josh, as far as we know, is still alive, but Ellen died (speaking as a male viewer - grrrr. What am I supposed to do for eye candy now? Honestly, it's enough to make you watch Holby City).
I bawled my eyes out when Ellen died. It was so touching how Harry cleaned her up. It was even more poignant in that she never got her MRI results.

Me tooo.... I work somewhere where Harry comes in fairly
regularly, I will be resisting the urge to hug him next time I see him. Or I might just burst into tears thinking about it *sob sob sob|*
