Can anyone tell me what the music was at the start of this kids program that used to be on Nickelodeon? I remember the first verse was something like 'This sound is strange, you're looking happily deranged' and the chorus was something like 'dont you talk back to me, dont you talk back no more.

The song is called "Hey Sandy", and the group who performs it is called Polaris, based out of New Jersey back in the early '90's, I believe.
