nasa worldwind prog: problem

hello ive just downloaded this prog and it will not run, on the prog start up it says.process10=0x1c4(452) and thread10=0x4cc(1228) then when it says let jit ******** run it say cannot launch de ****** error code 0x2 (2)the comp is running fine no probs
any clues?
