No, Shirley Crabtree's brother was the referee for most of the wrestling matches.

Jimmy Saville was a wrestler in his early career, and born in Yorkshire, as was Shirley (Big Daddy) Crabtree, and both were / are blond,. so maybe that's where the confusion is coming from.
