I think I read somewhere that it would be shown later on BBC1 or BBC2 but I have no confirmation of that.

It will be shown on terrestrial TV, yes.

It will be on BBC2 later the same week.
Next week's Radio Times is out tomorrow, most likely with Torchwood on the cover, so the details will be in that issue.

Torchwood Parts 1 & 2 will be starting at 9.00 p.m. on BBC2 on Wednesday October 25th. Running through to 10.40 p.m.
